Flower Bar Design Studio, led by Sharon Schneider for over 25 years, has evolved into an online and by-appointment creative studio.
Previously known as Flower Bar CAFE, the studio now specializes in blending natural elements, houseplants, and unique planter designs—each piece crafted with locally sourced materials and a focus on artistry.
Sharon’s passion for floral design continues to inspire exquisite creations that have become a signature in the Santa Cruz community.

Sharon Schneider
Sharon discovered her love for floral design in a bustling San Diego studio while still in college. Since then, she’s blended artistry with hands-on business—managing a South Lake Tahoe boutique, starting her own venture, and leading the Wedding & Events team at a Santa Cruz nursery.
Both artist and collaborator, Sharon crafts florals that are personal and memorable. She holds advanced wedding design certifications and has been featured in Rock n Roll Bride and exhibited at the Legion of Honor.
Outside the studio, Sharon enjoys hiking, cycling, and snowboarding with her family. She’s excited to hear your ideas and bring them to life, one bloom at a time.
